Billie Piper and Michael Fassbender are reknowned proprietors of their own dental hygiene clinic, Shark Dental Care, in London. Their entire lives - including twelve years in dentistry school - has centered around teeth. Piper and Fassbender have known eachother for years, and indulge in an on-and-off again affair (they’re the only people who understand how truly necessary flossing is to maintain fresh breath, and neither complain when the other brushes their teeth before taking their clothes off), but things get complicated when Piper meets Tennant at a dentist convention, and Fassbender is unwittingly drawn to Portman’s million watt smile after she consults him for a round of teeth-bleaching. Piper and Fassbender, who have become  immersed in their work, suddenly find themselves in new and uncharted waters, and it’ll take them to the skin of their teeth to figure it out.
